Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the JP Designs website and the purchase of any products from us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

JP Designs creates handmade framed wall art, including custom and memorial pieces, designed and produced in the United Kingdom.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All artwork sold by JP Designs is handmade. As a result:

Minor variations in finish, texture, or appearance may occur
Such variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects

Product images are representative of the artwork, but slight differences may occur due to lighting, materials, or handcrafted techniques.

3. Custom & Memorial Artwork

Custom and memorial artwork is created specifically to the customer’s request.

Before production begins:

A design preview will be provided for approval

Once the design preview has been approved:

Production will commence
The order becomes final

By approving the design preview, the customer confirms that:

The design meets their expectations
They authorise JP Designs to proceed with production

Custom and memorial artwork cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once approval has been given, unless the final item is faulty or does not materially match the approved design.

Refunds or cancellations cannot be accepted for:

Change of mind
Personal taste or preference
Artistic interpretation after approval

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated
Full payment is required before production or dispatch
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Pricing errors
- Inaccurate information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Inability to fulfil the order

If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

JP Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:

Postal or courier services
Customs processing
Events outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:

A replacement, or
A refund in accordance with your statutory rights

8. Intellectual Property & Design Protection

All artwork, designs, relief compositions, silhouettes, sculptural forms, photographs, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of JP Designs.

These works are protected by:

UK copyright law
UK unregistered design rights

Unauthorised actions including, but not limited to:

Copying
Reproducing
Tracing
Reverse engineering
Imitating
Commercial use
Use of images, designs, or relief forms

whether in whole or in part, are strictly prohibited.

No licence or right is granted to reproduce or use our designs without prior written permission.

9. Use of Website Content

You may not:

Copy or download images for commercial use
Republish content without permission
Use our designs or imagery to create derivative works

Any unauthorised use may result in enforcement action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JP Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.
