JP Designs Shipping Policy

JP Designs creates handmade, made to order framed wall art. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order.


Made to Order Production Time

All artwork is made to order.

Our typical production time is 1 to 4 working days before dispatch. Production times may vary depending on:

  • Order volume

  • Time of year (including peak seasonal periods)

  • Custom or memorial artwork

  • Design approval timelines (where applicable)

During busy periods, production may take longer. Production times are estimates, not guarantees.


Custom and Memorial Orders

For custom or memorial artwork, production begins only after design approval has been received.

Any delay in approving the design preview will delay production and dispatch accordingly.


Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times shown are after dispatch and are separate from production time.

United Kingdom
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is typically 1 working day after dispatch, but can occasionally take longer due to circumstances outside our control.

International
International orders are shipped using a tracked postal or courier service where available. Delivery times vary by destination and local handling, including customs processing where applicable.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

JP Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Industrial action

  • Events outside our reasonable control


Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the item price or shipping cost

  • JP Designs has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returned parcels, or additional fees. JP Designs is not responsible for any costs, delays, or losses resulting from unpaid customs charges.


Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation

  • Tracking information will be provided where available


Shipping Costs

United Kingdom: Free shipping.
International: A flat rate is shown at checkout based on the delivery destination.


Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

JP Designs cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible. Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier, although we will support reasonable investigations where appropriate.
