I am buying this as a gift. How fast is delivery?


Since every piece is handmade to order in our studio, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-4 working days. We use tracked UK delivery to ensure it arrives safely. If you have a tight deadline (like a birthday or presentation), please message us—we will always do our best to help.
Does the art come framed and what size is it?


Yes, every piece arrives fully framed and ready to hang. We use deep-box wooden frames that measure 33cm x 33cm (approx. 13" x 13") and are 3cm (1.2") deep. This substantial size allows the 3D artwork to sit comfortably inside behind the glass.
Is the gold leaf real gold?


We use a specialist metallic leaf in vibrant Gold and Silver colours. While it is not 24ct gold, this premium leaf is chosen specifically for its brilliant shine and ability to catch the light, giving the artwork a luxurious, dynamic texture that flat prints cannot match.
Is the packaging secure enough for posting?


Absolutely. We ship fragile glass-framed artworks regularly. We use specialist shock-absorbent packaging to ensure your gift arrives in pristine condition. In the very rare event of damage, we will replace it immediately, free of charge.
Can I change the background colour?


Our standard collection is designed with our signature Black background to make the metallic relief pop. We generally do not swap colours for standard orders. However, we can create a custom order with a different background colour for an additional fee (to cover the extra studio time). Please contact us before ordering to discuss this.
