JP Designs is a UK-based studio creating handmade framed wall art finished in gold leaf and silver leaf. Each piece is made to order and presented in a consistent gallery format, with collections spanning floral and botanical art, travel and transport art, animal and nature art, symbolic pieces, sports wall art, zodiac designs, and memorial artwork.

Refund & Returns Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made from JP Designs.
Returns
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, we accept returns on eligible non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received

Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty:

Custom or personalised artwork

Made-to-order items

Memorial or bespoke pieces

Any artwork created specifically to a customer’s request
These exclusions are permitted under UK law for personalised and made-to-order goods.
Custom & Memorial Artwork Approval
All custom and memorial artwork is created specifically to the customer’s request.
Before production begins, a design preview will be provided for approval.
Once the design has been approved:

Production will commence

The order becomes non-returnable and non-refundable
By approving the design preview, the customer confirms that:

The design meets their expectations

They wish for the artwork to be produced
Refunds or returns cannot be accepted for custom or memorial artwork due to:

Change of mind
-
Personal taste or preference
-
Artistic interpretation after approval
This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or does not match the approved design.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item
If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct an appropriate amount.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund, including return postage where applicable
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please return it (if approved) and place a new order.
